We'd be honoured to act as both creative directors and logistical leads for one of the most meaningful days of your life.
We intentionally split our packages into three phases to naturally reflect the planning process, starting from Wedding Concept & Venue Selection is designed to guide every step of your wedding journey with calm precision whilst shaping the development of your day according to your initial vision. For this level of service, we would typically expect to start working together from 2 years to 18 months ahead of the anticipated wedding date. Our Wedding Concept & Venue Selection service assumes the inclusion of our Planning & Design and Styling & Coordination services as a full package.
Each package is bespoke, shaped by the vision and needs of each event, however Wedding Concept & Venue Selection typically includes:

We intentionally split our packages into three phases to naturally reflect the planning process, starting from Planning & Design is intended to pull everything together and craft your vision into reality once some of the initial steps have been covered. For this level of service, we would typically expect to start working together from 18 months to 1 year ahead of the anticipated wedding date. Our Planning & Design service assumes the inclusion of our Styling & Coordination service.
Each package is bespoke, shaped by the vision and needs of each event, however Planning & Design typically includes:
Starting to work together from the moment you book up until your wedding.

For this level of service, we would typically expect to start working together from 3 months ahead of the anticipated wedding date.

Proposing can be overwhelming… We’d love to come in and work behind the scenes to craft a memorable and uniquely personal moment for the first stage of your commitment to each other.
To assist in planning, we work with your loved ones’ friends and family members in the background to figure out everything from which engagement ring they imagine wearing for their rest of their life to what their dream proposal looks like.
We then take care of the rest, working with jewellers, photographers, venues to make it all come together. All you’d have to do is ask the question!

In Person consultation to discuss any skin issues you might be experiencing and to develop a medical grade skincare plan with one of our clinicians at Tweak East. These products are typically formulated with a higher concentration of active ingredients compared to products you find on the high street. As they are more potent, they work harder for your skin and therefore can provide both medicinal and cosmetic benefits at once.

Introduction Call
A short phone call to learn about your wedding, dress ideas and how we could work together! Based on your ideas, I will share how the process would work and an approximate price range.
Design Consultation
A 90 minute one-to-one session to start the design process. You will have already shared a few references for me to start further research from, but you will bring visual references as well as a selection of pieces from your wardrobe. We will delve into what you love about them, why you feel good in them, what provokes confidence and makes you feel most yourself. We will review fabric samples together and I will sketch throughout the session. The consultation will conclude with a clear design-direction, and you can leave with a selection of sketches to choose from.
Initial Costing
Initial pricing will be shared after the design consultation, but kindly note that a small deposit would need to be paid to continue the journey and receive the full design deck, fabric samples and accurate costings.

As weddings are so personal in nature, if we were to work together we would become a part of each others lives. We always have introductory calls and like to see mood boards before providing any quotes. Every package we offer is bespoke and we’re motivated to ensure working together would mutually be the best fit creatively, financially and energetically.

Once you get in touch, we’ll get back to you to set up a video meeting. When we connect we’ll want to get to know all about you, your tastes and desires and what you’d be looking for from us. We’ll get into the detail to learn what you do and don’t want us to help you with, so you’re able to dictate your expectations upfront. We’re open to this being over a couple of sessions, as we’re really motivated to ensure you’re confident we’re the best fit.

A few days after our meeting, we’ll send you a bespoke proposal with a customised package breakdown and an initial quote. You’ll be then able to review of all the services we expect to be providing you based on our discussion. Our quotes are always all-inclusive with no VAT and cover travel, accommodation and expenses. We aim to ensure upfront that there won’t be any change to our rates unless there’s significant scope increase further down the line. If you confirm you’d like to go ahead, we’ll send you an invoice for the deposit and a contract to sign. Once all of the paperwork is sorted, you’ll be officially booked in.
Investment
In an effort to contribute to increased pricing transparency within the industry, we charge flat rates rather than a percentage of budget. Our quotes are shared after an introductory video call and are comprehensive to avoid any surprises down the line. We avoid sharing quotes before understanding the scope and vision of any event to ensure that rates are as fair as possible for all involved, without a full breakdown we risk over or under quoting based on assumptions. If we underquote upfront, it will lead to additional fees further down the line. Fees are based on the complexity of a wedding or event, such as; the date, the number of guests, the location, the amount of suppliers we’ll be bringing in, the expertise and professionalism of any vendors already booked, whether there are any adjacent events (e.g. rehearsal dinner/day after de-brief), how long we’ll be working together, how extensive the sourcing process will be, and the level of styling required (e.g. installations requiring additional equipment on-site).
If you have an expected budget for planning, design or styling services, you’re welcome to share this upfront and we’d be happy to advise whether this would be in line with our typical rates. Some friendly advice, sharing a lower budget than a wedding has assigned in reality upfront does not lead to lower rates, it has the opposite effect, as we’ll assume more work will be required to source financially viable supplier options within a constrained budget and that the overall level of quality for the wedding will be harder to maintain.
Our Approach Towards Wedding Planning

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll jump on a kick-off call to go over what we’ve already discussed in more detail, start to develop a deeper sense of your taste and what’s most important to you. We’ll outline the initial priorities and deadlines, as well as establish how and when you want to be hearing from us going forward.

We’ll deep-dive into who you are as a couple; the things you love, what you're drawn to, the must-haves and non-negotiables for your wedding. We’ll then hibernate for a few weeks to do extensive research into your specific historical period, aesthetic, counter-culture etc, and present back an initial Wedding Pack. This will pull together a cohesive look & feel and define your overall themes, mood boards, colour palettes and budget scoping. We’ll then review and iterate until you’re ready to start booking your venue and main suppliers.

Once your Wedding Pack is locked, we’ll source various venue and vendor options to bring our vision to life and go on a load of site visits. We’re always keen to find suppliers who appreciate the opportunity to work together, have a bespoke angle and are uniquely creative. During this process, we’ll define an overall project timeline and continuously feedback on managing your budget mindfully. We may find that we want to evolve your Wedding Pack and must-have’s according to the quotes coming through. At this stage, we’ll also work to develop a comms plan to figure out when you want us to send out your save the dates & invitations, launch your wedding website and set up a dedicated channel for guest Q&A’s.

Once the core pillars are in place, we’ll start to think about the details of how you want your wedding to run, define your on-the-day schedule and pre-empt any situations which may need crisis management. We’ll develop final requirements for each supplier and figure out who needs to be where and when. As weddings can be somewhat political, we’ll also work to understand where you may need some extra support to mitigate any difficult interpersonal dynamics. At this point, we’ll develop Info Pack’s for your core wedding party, including schedules, mood boards and all the things they need to know - we’ll even set up meetings to run through it all with everyone, if you’d like.

Ahead of your wedding day, we’ll go on another venue visit to figure out how we can bring the themes in your mood boards to life. We’ll define a budget for decor and do all the work to source everything needed. Our preferred approach is to be conscious about sustainability and re-purposing, so where possible, we’ll look for vintage and/or second hand options. We also have a healthy stock of vintage and antique items we’re happy to use for your wedding. We’ll order any additional items needed, polish it all, create mock-up’s and send you progress pictures. We’d be thrilled to be as involved as you want us to be in all aspects of styling, including Bridal, Groomswear, wedding party outfits and accessories. We’ll establish what would work best for you early on in the process.

We’ll be up early to set up all of your décor, checking-in with suppliers to make sure all on track and around if there’s anything you need from us (even if it’s a coffee run). There’ll be a minimum of two people around from our side all day. The majority of our time will be spent keeping everyone to schedule and communicating with suppliers, however we’ll also make sure you as the couple are taken care of. Our preferred approach is to remain in the background, but we’re also happy to be more visible if you’d like. We’ll work with you beforehand to identify what you want us to be doing. For example, you may need us to shout names for the arranged pictures, usher guests onto transport, hand out confetti etc.
