For those envisioning a celebration steeped in heritage, curated experiences and bespoke moments, we support with the end to end planning, design and execution of multi-day weddings across Europe. Our services are an ideal match for couples drawn to luxury through quality and taste, over the ostentatious or trending.
We tailor the location, venue selection and itinerary according to who you are as a couple and handle the stressful and sometimes ambiguous logistics. We surface potential suppliers with intention and careful consideration, working collaboratively to shape events into not just another wedding, but a memorable and meaningful experience.
-
We see ourselves as a boutique creative studio and our working relationships with our clients are deeply personal. Our planning process is built on structure, clear expectations and defined milestones. The wedding industry is overwhelming and can feel like a minefield of fear mongering, false urgency and conflicting advice. We’re painfully honest and refuse to operate in any other way than through continuous transparency.
Our planning services cover every phase from initial location and venue selection through to the operational running of events. We recommend working together as early as possible, to allow us the opportunity to provide guidance while plans are still being developed.
-
We approach design as more than Pinterest boards and colour palettes, taking a holistic and experience-led ethos, not only towards how guests will feel, but also what best reflects a couple’s core personality. Design to us means considering and maintaining energy levels, ensuring physical and emotional comfort throughout a day, how a space interacts with events and the flow of each segment to evoke feeling and purpose.
At the beginning of working together, we deep dive into who you are as a couple, seek to understand interpersonal dynamics surrounding your day, get to know your style and taste and draw everything together to construct a design plan to act as the anchor for your events.
-
We have a natural affinity for beautiful places with history and a story and draw inspiration from classic films, art and movements, archival research and iconic cultural moments. When visiting a space, we imagine décor and styling moments that highlight the charm of a venue whilst reflecting our client’s core design principles. Our services are a strong match for those who truly appreciate unique set-ups complimented by vintage accents.
We have an extensive catalogue of antique and vintage items, which are exclusively available to clients we work with for planning and design services, as well as an insatiable passion for sourcing unique and hard to find pieces to pull a vision together.

As weddings are so personal in nature, if we were to work together we would become a part of each others lives.
We always have introductory calls and like to see mood boards before providing any quotes. Every package we offer is bespoke and we’re motivated to ensure working together would mutually be the best fit creatively, financially and energetically.
-
Once you get in touch, we’ll get back to you to set up a video meeting.
When we connect we’ll want to get to know all about you, your tastes and desires and what you’d be looking for from us. We’ll get into the detail to learn what you do and don’t want us to help you with, so you’re able to dictate your expectations upfront. We’re open to this being over a couple of sessions, as we’re really motivated to ensure you’re confident we’re the best fit.
-
A few days after our meeting, we’ll send you a bespoke proposal with a customised package breakdown and an initial quote. You’ll be then able to review of all the services we expect to be providing you based on our discussion. Our quotes are always all-inclusive with no VAT and cover travel, accommodation and expenses.
We aim to ensure that there won’t be any change to our rates unless there’s significant scope increase further down the line.
At this stage, some couples like to jump on another call to discuss all of the details and clarify any caveats or assumptions within the proposal.
If you confirm you’d like to go ahead, we’ll send an invoice for the deposit and a contract to sign. Once all of the paperwork is sorted, you’ll be officially booked in.
-
We approach our fees similar to a creative agency or interior design studio, where no two projects are ever the same and the scope is understood upfront in order to quote accordingly.
In an effort to contribute to increased pricing transparency within the industry, we charge flat rates rather than a operate on an evolving percentage based model.
Quotes are shared after an introductory video call and are comprehensive to avoid any surprises down the line, intended to cover our services, VAT and travel / accommodation where needed.
We avoid sharing quotes before understanding the scope and vision of any event to ensure rates are as fair as possible for all involved, without a full breakdown we risk over or under quoting based on assumptions. If we underquote upfront, it will lead to additional fees further down the line.
Fees are based on the complexity of a wedding or event, such as; the date, the number of guests, the location, the amount of suppliers we’ll be bringing in, the expertise and professionalism of any vendors already booked, whether there are any adjacent events (e.g. rehearsal dinner/day after de-brief), how long we’ll be working together, how extensive the sourcing process will be, the level of styling required (e.g. installations requiring additional equipment on-site) and overall alignment on values and approach (e.g. guest experience, ‘DIY’ of major elements which should be executed by professional services).
As a general guide, our rates can equate to between 10-20% of the wedding budget (excluding our fees).
-
We don’t have strict minimum budgets as we love to work on weddings and celebrations that are aligned creatively and energetically and prefer to avoid any strict guardrails which could exclude a fun opportunity to work together.
That being said, as a guide, we recommend an overall wedding budget of approximately £/€ 1,000 per guest to truly benefit from our services and ensure there’s enough room to implement creative and innovative experiences.
As a studio, our skill and value lies in curating an event with suppliers and resources which help to bring a vision to life. We of course always look to work within a reasonable budget and seek efficiencies wherever possible, however we are not the best fit for weddings where the design and creative desires are already in tension with the budget.
If you have a set budget for planning, design or styling services, you’re welcome to share this upfront and we’d be happy to advise whether this would be in line with our typical rates.
Some friendly advice, sharing a lower budget than a wedding has assigned in reality upfront does not lead to lower rates, it has the opposite effect, as we’ll assume more work will be required to source financially viable supplier options within a constrained budget and that the overall level of quality for the wedding will be harder to maintain. -
To provide our couples with agency to make decisions about what would best suit the needs of their day, we avoid quoting for the unknown upfront.
This usually pertains to additional support through events assistants, increased hours of coverage, on-site labourers and stationery design/digital assets.
Further information on how this works is shared alongside proposals, however broadly, we prefer to see how the planning evolves and surface various options to couples once we’re sure what’s actually needed.
-
Depending on the nature of the proposal and amount of time working together, payments are typically split into 2 to 4 phases with fees for each phase of working together required upfront.
We accept payment either by direct bank transfer or by credit card via PayPal (with transaction fees to be covered by the client).
